Hi, I’m Barbie
A Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist. After ten years of personal training, I realized that my clients needed more than guidance on what to do for their daily movement. The journey to health is more than diet and exercise. I was constantly chatting with my clients about much deeper issues and getting a more full picture of their lives helped me help them better. Â
My journey into becoming a Holistic Health Coach started back in 2015, but it was truly ignited by my own health struggles that began much earlier.
Since the age of 14, I was trapped in a cycle of skin disorder, fatigue, digestive issues, autoimmune flareups, dizziness and even fainting spells. I felt like I was living in a fog, my energy levels were constantly low, and my body just wasn't functioning the way it should. Doctors offered band-aid solutions and medications that only masked the symptoms, never addressing the root cause.
I was frustrated and desperate for answers. I knew there had to be a better way. I felt trapped in my own body but I knew I wasn't meant to live this way. That's when I embarked on a quest to understand how my body truly worked and how I could support its natural healing abilities.

I finally stopped looking for band-aid solutions and started searching for real healing. I dove deep into understanding my body, how it was designed to function, and what it truly needed to thrive. I discovered holistic health—the power of nutrition, movement, stress management, non-toxic living, and the mind-body connection. For the first time, I wasn’t just treating symptoms—I was healing from the inside out.
And the best part? It worked.
